Who helps you with your small business technology Who helps you with your small business technology? Do you have a dedicated technology staff or do you use an online service or pay service for your small business? Why?

Re: Who helps you with your small business technology We have a 1/2 a dedicated person. Our technology needs are not that great and we have someone in house that has an interest in this area. We did not want to spend the money on an additional resource.

Re: Who helps you with your small business technology Other than our hardcore development we do most of the technology in house. We do not have a very complicated network and if we run into a problem we have some people on staff that seem to figure things out.

Re: Who helps you with your small business technology Actually I do but it is not my full time job. The problem is that most of your colleagues expect you to know technology like it is your full time job. We have a couple of employees who worked for large firms and expect the same service. It is very frustrating.

Re: Who helps you with your small business technology We usually do it ourselves but we had a problem the other day installing extra ram and we called around and non of the on call services could make it to our office right away so we went to Best Buy they helped us with that immediately and also did a clean up on our system and it now runs better than ever and it only costs us $29
