Has anyone tried using Skype or Vonage for business? How has the line quality and dependability been?

We used vonage for awhile and we got rid of it because it was not that dependable we replaced it with a land line

We use Skype for all of our outgoing calls and use a land line 800 number for our incoming calls. We have had no problems with Skype but are concerned about losing incoming calls at least for now we will keep this configuration.

I know Skype has a business service but I do not know how they get around common issues of connectivity or power issues. The phone line is much more dependable at this point.

I agree we use Skype for outgoing calls and use a land line for incoming but it is only a matter of time.
