Email Program

We were looking to buy an email program that would allow everyone in the office to sychronize email. For example all the emails for customer service would come into one box that we could all view and if a reply was made to the email the other users could see it. There are a lot of choices out there and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

Re: Email Program

I am a one person shop but whenever I need software I go to Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com or a similar site to look at client reviews and to download and test the software most of the time it is free to download the software on a trial basis and I find the client reviews are pretty reliable.

Thanks Salisbury we are in the process of using Osasync and it appears at least for now that it meets our needs.
