Disaster Recovery

How many of you plan for disaster recovery? Do you have formal plans, did you develop them yourself? We are in the process of deciding what to do any help would be appreciated.

We bought an off the shelf disaster recovery plan and customized it to our needs.

Lots of daily tape backup and data duplication on different servers.
