| website life Making enough to live on does not come easily or quickly over the web for newcomers, not that I have seen. I will not even venture into E-baby selling myself, although I have thought about it, many times. You have to find a "new" or unique product, or as mentioned, a small niche. Getting in on what everyone else does won't work, unless it is an extremely high volume business not covered by a "big boy". Books are great, if you have access to a lot of a specific type, or unique books. But yes, the market is vast with many bookstores, online and offline. Signed books, classics, new available only to a limited number of people, new authors, etc. You won't get the "best" pricing when shopping in low quantities for resale. You need to have established relationships. Lots of companies are looking for local partners to sell their goods, I think this is why others in your post were asking population and demographics. Keep pushing on and look for those unique products. If you are not making it yourself, that is the only way you will get sustainable profit from each piece.
