Has anyone had a good experience purchasing a logo online? What firm did you use? Did you use one of the pre-packaged services? There are too many options.

Re: Logo

We used a firm we found in guru but were not that happy with the results. We have not tired the prepackaged services.

Re: Logo

I fail to see how anyone can offer 'packaged' logo design (and it's a good indication that the designer offering them is very inexperienced in that field). Every logo is unique and can have a myriad different considerations which affects the price. Illustrative work and/or character design tends to attract a high-end premium as they are time-consuming both in execution and revisions. Geometric type designs are generally lower in cost for exactly the opposite reason.

Feel free to drop me an email via my site for a quote and further info.

Mark

Re: Logo

We bought a program called logo smartz which is fairly easy to use but you do not the same results as going with a professional as Eagle suggests. It all depends on your budget

Re: Logo

We market logo packages for small business that do not have the time or the money to develop custom logos. While I agree a custom logo is always better it is also a lot more expensive and something a business just starting out does not need to spend a lot of money on.
