How important is it to have a phone number that spells something with the digits?

Imagine a accountant with the phone number 1-800-IRS-KING. Or a plumber service with 976-Flush-It. How important is this to your business? I have considered aquiring a phone number that spells something, but I am not really sure where to begin. I am concerned about price and should I go for a local number or spend the money on a toll free number?

I curious to hear other people's experiences and opinions.
