How can you forecast how much you could make with any given franchise?

The best thing you can do is to see if they have any earnings statements in the UFOCs and then base your assumptions off of that or try to get some feedback off of existing franchisees

Only about 15-20% of the Franchisor report franchise earnings however you can get a rough idea by looking at the 3 yr financial numbers in the UFOC and estimating potential revenue/cost per franchise leaving out some costs for overhead.

I would be very concerned about looking at financial numbers and trying to draw comparisons it LA similar to Charleston WV - both the numbers would be pooled together you maybe better off trying to get an industry report to see the average earnings in the industry

I agree and one location in LA could do 2X the business of another business in LA in a different location
