Franchisor Goes Bankrupt

Does anyone know what happens when a Franchisor goes out of business - can you still use their brand - what happens?

Re: Franchisor Goes Bankrupt

I definately think on this one you go to an attorney because what happens if they come out of bankruptcy, what happens if a firm buys them? I do think using their brand name could be problematic because they hold the rights to the name and operating under a different brand is clearly going against the UFOC document

There should be a banruptcy lawyer associated with the case I would contact them.
