i want to open a petstore but need a partner . i dont know anyone that would be intrested. wheres a good place to look for one?

I would look to friends and family first. A pet store is not the type of investment a venture capital firm would be interested in. Also if you look at franchises some of the pet stores may provide franchising. You may want to look at www.reasearchfranchises.com for more information. Good luck.

I would put an advertisement in your local newspaper and look to alternative places like craigslist.com
