We were thinking about opening another business that would cater to children of recently deceased parents. The business would be responsible for coordinating and managing an estate sale and any remaining items not wanted it would bring to charity - what do you think could it work?

I think that this is a great idea most children do not want to deal with the issue of selling their parents stuff or know about how to go about doing it I would consider a complementary business with it - an ebay drop off store

Ya thats what I was thinking a stand alone ebay store may do ok but this would be an ongoing stream of products to sell online plus it would help differentiate the business.

What a great idea, although you will be dealing with grieving children you will be doing them a great service!!

I think it is a great idea I would try to align yourself with funeral directors and trustees of estates and maybe give them a referral fee for each show that you put on when they refer a person to you
