Where do you go to for legal advice?

We do not want to go through the expense of hiring a lawyer to develop consulting engagement contracts for us - does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get a contract fairly inexpensively?

We bought our book here it not only has 11 consulting contracts, it walks you though how to negotiate the contracts. It is well worth the money.

I have not checked on their site but you can usually get what you are looking for in terms of legal contracts on Nolo: Law Books, Legal Forms and Legal Software

Rauga why would you pay for pre-paid legal if you do not think you would ever get into any problems? If you do run into a problem that could potentially cost thousands of dollars and you only paid your first months payment ($25) how does that impact your model. Interesting concept though.
