What type of corporation did you form and why?
We formed an LLC when we just started out but I am told a C corp provides you better protection - any thoughts?

We formed a LLC for simplicity reasons and I am told that it provides you about the same protection as a c corp without the paperwork hassle

We formed a partnership because thats what we are we did not do it for tax reasons.

I am not a lawyer but with everyone forming LLCs I would be surprised if they did not provide you as much protection as a C corp
