What interest rate are fees charged at?

Anyone know the answer to this? For example, lets say I have a card with 15% interest on purchases and 20% on cash advances - if I get hit with a $30 over the limit fee, would this accumulate interest at 15% or 20%? (or higher?)
Any thoughts?

First with those rates I would change credit cards try Capital One they get consistently good ratings. I would assume related to your interest rate they would charge you 20% because it is a cash expenditure

The only way you will know for sure is to call the credit card company
