Taking Cash out of LLC

My wife and I work together - does it matter when we take the cash out of the LLC whos name we take it out in?

My understanding is that if you are filing jointly it does not matter because you will be taxed as a family on your earnings

You do have to remember to pay your estimated taxes and include it as a business expense
